Parking Servis is an application provided by JKP Parking Servis Beograd, allowing users to pay for parking services in Belgrade, Niš, and Zlatibor in a fast, simple, and secure manner via their mobile device. This service is available 24/7, providing convenience for users parking on the street or in garages. To utilize this service, all that is required is a mobile phone, a payment card, and an internet connection. The Parking Servis app utilizes the device's location to determine the current parking zone.

The Parking Servis app offers the following features:

• Payment for parking in public parking lots within the zone system
• Payment for parking in garages and parking lots
• Purchase and top-up of parking payment deposits
• Parking payment via SMS
• Payment for daily parking permits
• Navigation to available parking spaces in designated areas of the city where parking sensors are installed

There is no need to sign a contract to use the Parking Servis app for payments; all transactions are conducted through the mobile device. Upon first launching the app, users are required to create a user account. By entering a username (email address) and password, with validation and acceptance of the application's terms of use, users gain access. User data is entered only during the initial login process, after which subsequent logins are automatic.
